On Friday, June 11, 2021, Chef Philippe Fischer will spoil you with delicious grilled specialties straight from the smoker. By participating in numerous barbecue championships, he perfected his skills and gained a lot of experience. The art of grilling is his passion and his delicacies from the grill taste like it.

The matching wines to the BBQ dishes will be presented by our wine expert Karin Riegger at the aperitif. Enjoy our Sleep & Dine Package for 2 persons incl. wine tasting at the aperitif, 3-course BBQ menu, overnight stay in the Lodge Room and rich breakfast buffet!

For the aperitif, wine connoisseur Karin Riegger from Casa del Vino SA presents the matching wines to the BBQ dishes from 06:30 p.m. and chef Philippe Fischer prepares fish and meat in delicious variations in the smoker.

The package with the mentioned services is valid for one night from Friday, June 11, 2021 to Saturday, June 12, 2021. You want to stay an additional night with us? No problem, you are welcome to book additional nights at the current daily rate. A free cancellation of the reservation is possible until 2 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge 80% of the first night’s accommodation price to your credit card. City Tax, CHF 2.50 per person per night is not included.
