- Meals cannot be served in the conference room
- Additional technical equipment is available on request, 3 weeks in advance (costs will be charged)
- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the start of an event
- Cancellations with less than 3 days notice will result in 80% of the room rate being charged
- Flat rate prices are available for bookings of 8 or more persons
