Cancellation Policy

Single Reservations

If you have reserved by telephone, through our website or by e-mail, the following conditions apply:

Individual bookings can be cancelled on the day of arrival until 04:00 pm without any costs (not including special offers). After 04:00 pm we charge a no-show fee equal to 80% of your first night’s room rate.

Group Reservations

• More than two months before the date your arrival
• Free Cancellation
• Until 30 days before the date of your arrival
• No-show fee equal to 50% of your first night’s room rate
• Less than 30 days before the date of your arrival
• No-show fee equal to 100% of your first night’s room rate

External Booking Channel

If you booked using an external Booking Channel, you can only cancel your booking through the same service and subject to the conditions of that service.
